Where is Brad Wilcox? is a personal site for the young entrepreneur, Bradford Wilcox. The purpose of the site is to answer one simple question– "Where is Brad?" Beyond physically locating him, it locates his whereabouts online by tracking his most recent Twitter and Flickr updates. It's also important to know where Brad is when you're on-the-go, so there is a version of the site which is optimized for mobile browsers.
This site features a custom implementation of a Google Maps embed which pulls latitude/longitude information from a GPS device on Brad's person. The site then retrieves the data dynamically from a database and displays Brad's current location. By clicking on the Google Maps marker an information window pops up which includes Brad's email address and his most recent Flickr upload. Furthermore, the site features a Twitter embed with Brad's newest update.
